Damage Consent Form: Each
guest is responsible for any damages that may occur while staying at
the cabin. Credit card number required, on file, to cover cost of any damages incurred during your stay. This form is available upon arrival for each guest to sign.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be called in 48 hours before arrival or you will forfeit your first nights deposit.
- No Pets No Smoking.
- Deposit Policy: First Night Deposit of (room rate) must be received 7 Days after making reservations by phone. Full balance is due 5 days prior to arrival date.
- Full Payment Option: You do have the option to pay in full after reservations are made.
- If the Deposit is not received within this designated time frame of 7 days, your reservation will automatically be canceled unless prior arrangements are made.
- Cash, Money Orders and Checks are accepted at this time.
- Mailing instructions will be given at time of reservation for payment
